We guarantee that your puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has been examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to going home.
This puppy is guaranteed against life-altering hereditary or congenital conditions that significantly affect quality of life for a period of two (2) years from the puppy’s date of birth.
Terms of the Guarantee
1. The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of going home. Failure to do so voids this guarantee.
2. A written diagnosis from two licensed veterinarians, one of whom must be independent of the buyer, is required to validate any claim.
3. The condition must be proven to be genetic in origin and not caused by injury, illness, neglect, improper care, or environmental factors.
4. This guarantee does not cover minor or cosmetic conditions, parasites, allergies, kennel cough, injuries, or illnesses contracted after leaving our care.
Breeder Responsibility
If the puppy is diagnosed with a qualifying genetic condition within the two-year guarantee period, the breeder will offer one of the following remedies, at the breeder’s discretion:
• A replacement puppy from a future litter (when available), or
• A partial refund of the purchase price (excluding deposits and non-refundable fees)
Veterinary expenses, transportation costs, and other associated expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyer Responsibility
To maintain this guarantee, the buyer agrees to:
• Provide routine veterinary care, vaccinations, and parasite prevention
• Maintain the puppy at a healthy weight
• Provide proper nutrition and appropriate exercise
• Never breed the puppy unless expressly permitted in writing
This health guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.
